Medical Weight Loss

Eligibility for compounded GLP-1 medications is determined solely by a licensed prescribing provider following an appropriate medical evaluation. Approval for treatment is never guaranteed.

IV Therapy & Aesthetic Services

All services are subject to clinical screening. Vital Aesthetics reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment when clinically appropriate.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Deposits, cancellation fees, or no-show fees may apply according to current clinic policies.
